The Claim Manager will mitigate exposure to risk by formulating, developing, and coordinating all claims-related activities, as well as resolving bona fide claims at the least possible cost through various risk transfer techniques. This role will direct a program to ensure the proper and efficient handling of claims, gathering data on claims for both record keeping and loss forecasting purposes, and estimating the financial value of claims. Is also responsible for post loss reduction techniques such as salvage, subrogation, and rehabilitation.
Reporting to the EVP of Operations, this position will be responsible for accounting and financial management requirements for a select portfolio of properties. You will provide the general managers and property finance leaders with meaningful and timely information on the status of hotels’ performance. You will proactively assist with cost containment, revenue enhancement, profit improvement initiatives and safeguarding the company’s assets.
The Divisional VP of Revenue Management will be the strategic leader of revenue management strategy for a select portfolio of hotels within Concord. This position is accountable for the pricing, positioning, and inventory management of transient and group room revenue. Working with the sales strategy team and the VP of Revenue Strategy, you will oversee the associated processes with demand, forecasting, inventory management and opportunity analysis to develop and implement hotel sales strategies. You will identify future revenue opportunities and communicate strategies to sales organizations and property management.
As an Accounting Assistant you will assist the Property Controller in the daily, monthly, and annual accounting processes for an assigned group of hotels. The position reports directly to the Property Controller.
