The Table Games Floor Supervisor monitors and supports team members assigned to their areas, and additionally may conduct a variety of casino games; providing prompt and courteous service to all gaming patrons.

Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Customer Experience, the Casino Manager on Duty (MOD) is ultimately responsible for the guest experience on the casino floor. The MOD has a span of control over all casino floor operations including the ability to hold management-level team members accountable for their respective departmental impact on the guest experience. Through the direction of The Office of the General Manager, the MOD will act on behalf of all casino resort leadership in their absence. This position possesses the authority to drive operational efficiencies through collaboration and enforcement of compliance standards. Reporting to the Salon Supervisor, the Nail Technician exhibits best in class nail and beauty services including, but not limited to knowledge of nail care services, and art techniques. The Nail Technician is responsible for operational excellence, superior product/service knowledge as well as ensuring a clean and safe environment for all guests, team members and vendors, while safeguarding enterprise assets and guaranteeing departmental integrity. The Nail Technician is also responsible for delivering the ultimate beauty experience to every guest, at all times, by providing nail-care services that exceed guest expectations.
Under the Fulfillment Supervisor, the Equipment Coordinator will inventory, manage, fix, and maintain equipment up to standard to meet the Department of Guest Services' needs. The incumbent will plan daily duties, monitor, and evaluate inventory to ensure equipment is in good working order, relocate equipment, and quarterly assessments. The individual in this role will execute tactics to remain consistent with communicating the status of all equipment to all levels of management. Under the direction of the Pastry Chef, the Baker is responsible for the daily operation of the pastry department including the preparation of baked products and pastries according to established recipes. The Baker will maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure the proper usage of the pastry kitchen tools and equipment.
Under general supervision of the Drop & Count Supervisor, the Drop & Count Staff is responsible for verifying all Cages for the cold box count before the slot drop. Disburses cold boxes at all machines that are scheduled to be dropped per zone. Removes hot boxes from slot machines and ensures that all hot boxes are secured and accounted for. The Drop & Count Staff opens and sorts the contents of the table games, CDU, ATM and gaming machine drop boxes, which consists of counting currency and chips removed from the drop boxes and recording and accounting for the currency and chips. In addition, the Drop & Count Staff member accurately follows all policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with the Gaming Commission’s Tribal Gaming Minimum Internal Controls (TICS) and the Gaming Commission Regulations (GCR), by studying the standards, adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
Under the direction of the Executive Steward, the Steward Supervisor directs, assists, supervises and trains all Stewards in maintaining all assigned kitchen and Food & Beverage work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition on a daily basis. The Centralized Scheduling Planner liaises with designated department managers across the enterprise to ensure schedules are accommodating for adequate business volume coverage.

Under the direction of Transportation Management, the Senior Traffic Control Specialist is responsible for directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, transporting passengers via commercial and VIP vehicles, and valet attendant duties. The Senior Traffic Control Specialist is also responsible for assisting leadership with the day-to-day shift operations of the Transportation department to ensure a seamless best-in-class service.
Under the direction of the Transportation Supervisor, the Elite Executive Driver holds responsibility for the efficient and secure transportation of internal and external VIP guests within properly maintained luxury transport vehicles. Under the direction of VIP Services Leadership, the VIP Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the administrative duties of the VIP Department. This position provides professional administrative and analytical support by creating schedules, reports and analyses. The VIP Services Coordinator monitors the budget for comps and expenses in addition to analyzing complimentary services. The VIP Services Coordinator may also be required, with the assistance of a Supervisor, to monitor specific responsibilities of frontline team members working on the gaming floor.
The Slot Project Coordinator is responsible for preparing all necessary paperwork related to the planning, configuration and placement of slot machines, conversions, moves and any other slot related projects. Under the direction of Slot Performance Supervisor, the Slot Project Coordinator builds machine configurations setups, progressive configurations, and creates and maintains slot master entries. The Slot Project Coordinator reviews and interprets Slot Par Sheets, Regulatory Letters, and Customer Notifications and consults with the Slot Technical team as needed, to ensure accuracy and the meeting of deadlines.
The Promotions/Special Events Supervisor will be an integral part of the Promotions/Special Events department under the direct supervision of the Promotions/Special Events Manager. This position will be assisting and implementing promotions and special events both on-site and off-site. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the primary focus of the Power Generator Technician is providing first class technical solutions to ensure emergency, paralleling electrical/self-generating equipment is in top operating condition in order to sustain and support profitable Yaamava’ Resort & Casino operations. This role is responsible for repairs and troubleshooting primarily of diesel, electrical or natural gas generators and assist as needed to troubleshoot issues with system from generation to electrical transfer cable/conduits, controls, and distribution panels. The Power Generator Technician is also responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and repairing plant electrical, instrumentation, and (distributed) control systems.
Under the guidance of the Key Control Supervisor, the Locksmith performs all locksmith duties for Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel. The Locksmith is responsible for the cylinder hardware for all doors including the keying, maintenance, and repair of lock systems. This position works closely with the Key Control Supervisor to serve as a custodian for all regulated and non-regulated keys and assists with the key control program for the department. The Locksmith is exposed to sensitive areas containing confidential information related to team members and enterprise-wide data and must use good judgement when performing work.

Under the direction of the Promotions/Special Events Supervisor, the Promotions/Special Events Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service on the casino floor and off-site events and promotions. This position is responsible for bringing a lively, dynamic and engaging energy to all promotions and special events on property and off-site representing San Manuel Casino.
The Crowd Control Specialist will assist with ensuring the safety, security, set up and teardown of entertainment venues. They will work with Public Safety to report potential issues and manage dress code policy while providing an exceptional guest experience. Under no circumstances will physical force be used in this position.
The Manager, Fulfillment, is responsible for the daily operations and ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of goods and services for Guest Services and other Property Marketing Partners. Under the direction of the Supervisor, Audit, the Auditor I - Casino Accounting will plan and execute the accurate audits of hospitality revenue by verifying, allocating and posting transactions and daily cash deposits. The Auditor I - Casino Accounting summarizes audit findings and offers preliminary recommendations. In addition, the Auditor I will also be responsible for compiling data and preparing formal audit findings reports substantiating their findings in order to reconcile entries, verify reporting, and prepare daily revenue reports for management, while ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations. The Auditor I - Casino Accounting ensures compliance with the Gaming Commission’s Tribal Gaming Minimum Internal Controls (TICS) and the Gaming Commission Regulations (GCR), by studying the standards, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
Reporting to the Property Marketing supervisor, the Advertising Coordinator will assist with communications processes to ensure execution of Property Marketing initiatives.
Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the efficient scheduling and oversight of subordinate employees with the purpose of improving the quantity and quality of work done continuously and ensuring efficient and economical work operations. Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Bartender is responsible for providing pleasant, efficient alcohol beverage service to guests, Cocktail Servers and Food Servers.
Under the direction of the Bell Captain, the Bell Person is a professional and knowledgeable representative of the Hotel to all internal and external guests; ensuring the highest customer service standards of the Hotel brand are upheld at all times. The Bell Person consistently elevates guest satisfaction by delivering Best in Class service and creating memorable experiences for guests at every opportunity. Additionally the Bell Person is responsible for providing safety awareness, and ensures all guests, vendors and team members’ temperatures are screened per proper protocol, including asking a determined series of health questions before entrance of the property. This position works varied shifts as determined by business needs.
Under the direction of VIP Services Leadership, the Lead VIP Services Concierge is responsible for extending premium hospitality and exquisite service to our VIP guests across all business units, while operating at the highest level of discretion and confidentiality. The Lead Concierge will build VIP guest loyalty utilizing luxury standards that fosters an exclusive guest relationship and commitment to service excellence. The Lead Concierge will also provide mentorship and guidance to the Concierge team towards consistently delivering an elevated guest experience, aligned to our Yaamava Resort & Casino brand standards. Reporting to the Director of Accounting & Finance, the Assistant Controller, Operations builds and leads a strong Casino accounting and reporting team, creates processes and procedures and ensures the timeliness and accuracy of all financial information required by the enterprise and regulators. The Assistant Controller, Operations key areas of responsibility are continuous improvement of the internal control environment, accurate revenue reporting, specific GL entries and balance sheet reconciliations, as well as tax reporting and accounts receivable. This position requires the highly strategic, tactical and hands-on implementation and continued use of financial and functional solutions. The Assistant Controller, Operations collaborates with other operational departments to optimize cost-efficient decisions.
Under general supervision of the Audit Supervisor, the Audit Data Specialist enters data into several systems and/or spreadsheets, and downloads reports and formats spreadsheets for the reconciliation of various audits done throughout the Accounting Department. The Audit Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining historical records by filing documents. The position requires a working knowledge of computers, MS Office Suite, various programs, and a basic understanding of the reconciliation process.
Under the direction of the Steward Supervisor, the Utility Worker I follows health & safety regulations, food safety guidelines and Departmental procedures in the cleaning and sanitization of china, glasses, silverware and smallwares. The Utility Worker I cleans, disinfects, sanitizes and maintains kitchen equipment and work areas to be clean and organized. The Utility Worker I is also responsible for cleaning restaurant dining areas and utensils. The Utility Worker I operates in representation of the Stewarding team’s best in class culture, while championing the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that reflects and upholds the Tribal Community’s vision, mission and values.
The Prep Cook will assist the Junior Chef in the preparation of dim sum Chinese BBQ and wok station food, food orders as well as control production levels, to make sure recipes are properly followed. The Prep Cook will specialize in one or two types of authentic Asian cuisine food preparation and assure that all specialty food is of quality and is done in a timely and sanitary manner. The Prep Cook will assist the Junior Chef with preparation of weekly work schedules and daily break schedule for the Asian kitchen. Preference for specialty food including Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Japanese food as well as wok dim sum experience.

Under the direction of the Casino Manager on Duty (MOD), the Customer Experience Liaison (CXL), will be responsible for enhancing the guest experience throughout the enterprise, ensuring service standards are maintained at an elevated level, and the quality of service provided by the enterprise is best in class. This individual will be assigned to a zone within the enterprise actively searching out service opportunities. The CXL will actively work with the MOD and CX divisions to improve overall company performance, reduce guest effort, and help to identify areas for service improvement.
Under the direction of the Guest Services Floor Supervisor, the Guest Services Senior Representative is responsible for providing Best in Class service at every opportunity while assisting the needs of the guest in a variety of areas, dependent upon assigned schedule. Under the direction of the Box Office Manager, the Box Office Ticket Representative holds responsibility for the complete ticketing process inclusive of selling, issuing, and receipt of tickets during events within the Yaamava’ Theater at Yaamava’ Resort and Casino. This position ensures an exceptional guest experience at all times while serving as a resource and a first point of contact for all events. The Box Office Ticket Representative maintains a friendly and professional demeanor while providing assistance as needed for all ticketing functions, inclusive of answering questions, handling guest complaints and resolving issues that arise.
Under the direction of the BSA Compliance Manager, the Title 31 Analyst ensures the San Manuel Entertainment Authority is compliant with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the Patriot Act and requirements of the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) as it pertains to casinos, by reviewing, auditing, investigating, analyzing and filing the Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) that are received from various data sources that capture transactional activity. The Title 31 Analyst requires a high-level of autonomy to complete tasks and independently analyze tracking logs for compliance including, but not limited to investigating and correcting errors and omissions from the tracking logs. The Title 31 Analyst partners with department management enterprise-wide by using independent judgment and makes recommendations via reports to ensure any breaches are properly addressed in the internal controls as it concerns the tracking of Casino patrons under the BSA. The Title 31 Analyst conducts preliminary research, analyzes facts, and prepares an Initial Due Diligence Report for Senior Management. They identify suspicious activity incidents and prepare necessary documentation for submission to the U.S. Treasury Department. They also collaborate with other functions, upholding the Tribe's vision, mission, and values.
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Slot Operations, the Slot Shift Manager is responsible for making department decisions that have an effect on gaming revenue, guest service and employee relations. The Slot Shift Manager is the Manager-on-duty for the Slot department during their assigned shift, and therefor provides counseling, guidance and support to subordinate staff and their direct reports, while promoting compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Entertainment, the Entertainment Representative is responsible for selling tickets for entertainment company events. Entertainment Representatives are also responsible for daily sales and stocking of supplies, maintenance, and accuracy of sales, working the entertainment venues, will-call, and in house events. They are also responsible for consistently providing our guests with world-class quality service by exceeding guests’ expectations.

This entry leader works closely with management to lead and optimize merchandise and service selections; maximizing and modeling best in class service and aiding/mentoring other team members to do the same. Additional responsibilities of the role include operational excellence, product/service knowledge and team member training. The Lead Nail Technician ensures a clean and safe environment for all patrons, team members and vendors, while safeguarding enterprise assets and guaranteeing departmental integrity.
Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the In Room Dining Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all resort guests have the highest quality food and beverage in-room dining experience possible. This position interacts one-on-one with guests, taking and delivering orders, preparing trays & carts, and making cocktails. The In Room Dining Attendant accurately inputs all orders into the point of sale system and communicates any special requests. The In Room Dining Attendant exhibits professionalism and competence while setting up the in-room dining presentation utilizing casino service standards to ensure guest satisfaction. The In Room Dining Attendant is also responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation while executing their duties.
The Senior Cashier is responsible for the training of frontline Cashiers on all Cage windows. Senior Cashiers are responsible for evaluating the progress of all new hires during their training period. Senior Cashiers are responsible for promoting growth in the fields of customer service, inter-department relations, and departmental relations for all Cashiers. Under the direction of the Cage Operations Supervisor, the Senior Cashier is responsible for the overall smooth operation and training of the Cage and Cage Support area. They assist in ensuring all policies and procedures governed by the Gaming Commission’s Regulations (GCR’s) are implemented, enforced and adhered to. In addition, they ensure the San Manuel Entertainment Authority is in compliance with the Title-31 Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the Patriot Act as it pertains to Tribal Casinos.The Senior Cashier, in collaboration with the Cage Operations Supervisor, complies with federal and state tax laws, as they pertain to tax withholding and information reporting on Forms W-2G, 1099MISC (W-9) and 1042S for patron wins and prizes paid.
Under the direction of the Executive Chef, the Specialty Sous Chef – Asian Cuisine is responsible for the overall success of the Asian culinary operations for San Manuel Casino (SMC). Adhering to the Health department regulations and SMC standards and expectations of food service and quality, freshness and presentation, the Specialty Sous Chef - Asian Cuisine will oversee the Asian culinary operations to include menu concepts and recipe standardization. In addition, the Specialty Sous Chef - Asian Cuisine will be responsible for the management, training, and direction of the Asian cuisine culinary staff.

The Promotions and Special Events Manager is an integral part of the Promotions/Special Events department and will oversee all Casino Promotions and Special Events to include on-site and off-site events. The Promotions/Special Events Manager’s reports directly to the Director of Promotions and Special Events, and the range of responsibilities will include creation, preparation, operations and analysis of all promotions and special events. The Promotions and Special Events Manager will be responsible for the management of the in-house Promotions staff as well as contracted staff.
The VIP Services Supervisor is an integral part of the VIP Services department and will oversee VIP Services Representatives. The VIP Services Supervisor’s range of responsibilities will include overall ticket usage for each sponsorship, outbound and inbound telemarketing, hotel reservations and transportation arrangements for our VIP patrons, and the coordination of additional VIP off-site amenities as needed.

Under the direction of the Training Manager, the Training Specialist is responsible for the administration, coordination, and execution of training for the Facilities & EVS Departments. The Training Specialist conducts new hire hands-on training for front line team members. This position ensures existing team members are up-to-date on guidelines, policies, procedures, Standard Operating Guidelines, work methods, and new product training. The Training Specialist also trains all aspects of health and safety compliance, as well as high level customer service to maintain a best in class service and facility for our guests.
Reporting to the Spa Services Supervisor, the Massage Therapist provides relaxation, wellness and restoration to guests through Best in Class Spa services to include massages, body treatments and overall general wellness care.
