  Founded in 1926, the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation is a private, not-for-profit educational, historic, and cultural institution that owns and operates one of the largest and best-known museum complexes in the world. Additionally, Colonial Williamsburg is home to five world class accommodations at the Williamsburg Inn, Williamsburg Lodge Autograph Collection, the Giffin Hotel, the Williamsburg Woodlands Hotels and Suites and the unique Colonial Houses in the Historical Area.   Christiana Campbell's Tavern: This historic tavern, George Washington's personal favorite, is Colonial Williamsburg's premier dining tavern. Grilled seafood dishes are balanced with regional favorites such as Clam Chowder, Crab Cakes, and Muddle - a tomato-based stew of shrimp, scallops, and fish fillets. Chicken Imperial and Filet Mignon are also offered. The entrees are complemented by long-time tavern favorites: Campbell's Cabbage Slaw, Spoon Bread, and Pumpkin muffins.

  The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for the successful achievement of operational and quality goals for the Campbell's Tavern. The Chef trains, supervises, counsels, and motivates the kitchen teams while controlling production, quality and food costs.
