• Server Assistant - Oliver's Chophouse and Bourbon Bar (Food & Beverage)

  Responsible for removing all tableware from dining room to kitchen, and ensuring all items are clean and presentable.

• Fine Dining Food Server - Oliver's Chophouse and Bourbon Bar (Food & Beverage)

  Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning orders in a timely manner.

• Food Runner - Oliver's Chophouse & Bourbon Bar (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for all cash transactions with guests and answering guest questions in a courteous and professional manner.

• Revenue Auditor (Revenue Management)

  Two years accounting experience or two years formal accounting education preferred.

• Cage & Player Services Supervisor (3pm-11:30pm) (Finance/Accounting)

  Responsible for supervising the daily operation of Cage and Player Services.

  The Surveillance Operator is responsible for observing all operational gaming and surrounding areas to report procedural infractions and criminal activity to the appropriate person/department.

  Assists in the development, implementation, and management of annual business plans that identify potential revenue opportunities, expense savings and describes marketing programs and services that will attain acceptable levels of revenue.

• Front Desk Agent (11pm - 7am) (Guest Services)

  The Front Desk Agent registers and assigns rooms, issue room keys, transmit and receive messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests’ accounts, presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests, making and confirming reservations, answering PBX calls and connecting callers to the appropriate extension, collecting guest player club information while making marketing room reservations.

• Preventative Maintenance Gaming Technician (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Perform preventative maintenance (deep cleaning) of gaming-related equipment on the gaming floor.

  Attend to and address guest needs and inquiries in a timely manner.
