Assistant Banquet Manager supervises overall operation of the Banquet Department and its activities ensuring the highest level of professional food and beverage service and functions set up, breakdown and daily administrative tasks.
Banquet Captain is responsible for providing consistent quality service through professional food and beverage service in the Banquet, Mountain View and Pine View Dinning Rooms and Will Rogers departments.
The Banquet Chef is responsible for all food and beverage preparation for the functions scheduled in the property.

The Bar Supervisor is responsible for ensuring quality service and best practices in Will Rogers Lounge. Assists in overseeing all food and beverage outlets as needed.
Responsible to serve Food and Beverage to our guests in the Will Rogers Lounge, Sundance Terrace and Main Lobby.
The Conference Attendant Supervisor is responsible for updating of the coordination sheets, board and daily work list. This position aids the Conference staff in the set-up of the meeting rooms and function areas and is responsible for managing the conference staff.
Responsibilities include ensuring the quality, cleanliness and profitability of food related areas. Assists in the coordination and production of all food items needed for all food venues at the resort. This position entails direct involvement with employees and guest.
The Cook II assists in the coordination, preparation and production of all food items needed for all food venues at the resort. The Cook II will work with the Sous Chef on Duty and the Culinary Team to ensure the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and controlling all Marketing and Sales functions at the property level by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
The Engineer I, Electrician, will be responsible for most electrical repairs and installations through out the property as well as assisting the Director and Assistant Director in overseeing electrical contractors working on property. Other responsibilities will be assisting guests with requests.
The Front desk agent is responsible for the daily check-in, check-out and posting of all accrued charges to individual and master folios. The clerk acts as an information service for all guest.
The Groundskeeper has the responsibility of assisting in the upkeep of the exterior grounds of the Cheyenne Mountain Resort and the Country Club of Colorado.
A Bell Attendant is responsible for transportation and logistics, valet, luggage assistance, concierge, doorman/greeter, and airport operations.
The House-person is involved in the daily preparation of guest rooms by assisting room attendants as needed, and keeping a constant restocking supply going to and from the lodges. House-persons are required to keep all access corridors clean and assist in other areas as requested for special project.
The Engineer II is expected to have skills ranging from solid General Maintenance skills to solid skills being developed in one specific trade. Engineer II is expected to be able perform various repair tasks on their own. This position will assist guests with maintenance or other requests.
