Assistant Banquet Manager supervises overall operation of the Banquet Department and its activities ensuring the highest level of professional food and beverage service and functions set up, breakdown and daily administrative tasks.
Banquet Captain is responsible for providing consistent quality service through professional food and beverage service in the Banquet, Mountain View and Pine View Dinning Rooms and Will Rogers departments.
The Banquet Chef is responsible for all food and beverage preparation for the functions scheduled in the property.

Responsibilities include ensuring the quality, cleanliness and profitability of food related areas. Assists in the coordination and production of all food items needed for all food venues at the resort. This position entails direct involvement with employees and guest.
The Front desk agent is responsible for the daily check-in, check-out and posting of all accrued charges to individual and master folios. The clerk acts as an information service for all guest.
The tennis pro position will administer and run the junior tennis program. Teach adult and junior private and group lessons. Maintain excellent rapport with members and guests. Assist in court and common area cleanliness. Assist in running USTA sanctions tournaments. Promote all resort functions.
Candidate will assist Junior Development coordinator in setting up and teaching junior group lessons as well as generating his/her own private lesson clientele; will help staff run our Junior Team Tennis program; will assist in any other programs as directed by the Head Tennis Professional.
The Wedding & Catering Events Manager is responsible for the sales, service, planning, organization, communication and overall execution of weddings as well as any other social events that include, but not limited to anniversaries, showers, christenings, holiday parties and rehearsal dinners.
