Enter status of rooms cleaned. Complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of each assigned area. Complete required Housekeeping paperwork. Identify room assignments and type of cleaning required for each room. Inspect guest rooms after being cleaned by Housekeeper. Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering.
Assists with supervising food and beverage/culinary daily operations. Responsibilities include ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Ensures standards and legal obligations are followed.

Our Guest Service Support Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure food and beverage operations run smoothly. Whether setting tables, assisting the kitchen, or cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies, the Guest Service Support Expert provides the support that make transactions feel like part of the experience.
Position has responsibility for supervising and coordinating activities of employees engaged in maintaining the grounds and keeping golf course turf in playing condition. Position focuses on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction and achieving the operating budget.
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods. Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently. Monitor food quality while preparing food. Set-up and break down work station. Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Answer golfer questions about course. Promote and sell golf shop merchandise to customers. Open/close golf shop daily. Collect all golf-related fees from registered golfers. Count, prepare, and deposit cash. Run closing reports off the registers. Schedule tee times for golfers. Communicate with the starter, golf services, and golf grounds regarding any changes to the tee sheet. Maintain cleanliness of golf-related areas (e.g., golf shop, hallways, locker rooms, common areas). Total tee sheet and ensure accuracy of daily totals. Stock, tag, and display merchandise on golf shop floor ensuring all merchandise is neatly arranged and restocked to proper level. Notify manager/supervisor of any important issues as necessary. Teach individual and group golf lessons in keeping with PGA/LPGA and Marriott standards.
