The Driver is primarily responsible for driving the delivery vehicle to transport materials, supplies, or equipment. Other responsibilities include ensuring equipment/goods are configured to the bill of lading, for loading, securing and delivering materials in a safe and timely manner; and completing and processing paperwork. The delivery driver must also maintain a safe vehicle and comply with all government regulatory laws and may be required to set up equipment/goods at delivery site; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Warehouse Manager or General Manager depending on local requirements.
The Storeroom Stock Clerk is responsible for physical and clerical tasks associated with shipment and reception of supplies and finished products. Duties include verifying shipping records and correct packaging and labeling; unpacking received goods, checking for damage and accuracy of shipment, and working with materials transport companies; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This position is non-exempt and typically reports to the Warehouse Manager or General Manager, depending on local requirements.

The Field HR Business Partner B (HRBP) is the senior-most HR position responsible for a branch or multiple branches with substantially high sales volume within a Region that is collectively managed by a Senior Director of Operations B or C (SrDO). The HRBP collaborates with the SrDO on HR matters by providing both strategic and technical expertise and advice. Along with managing the overall branch/cluster HR function, the HRBP works closely with the Regional HR Director (HRD) to communicate trends, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The HRBP is a visible and engaged partner with Operations and has regular and direct contact, both personally and through their assigned HR staff, with operations management and staff. The HRBP is accountable for executing policies, procedures, and strategies as directed by the HRD, and to develop and administer local HR policies and programs unique to the location. This is an exempt position and reports to Regional HR Director with a dotted line to the Senior Director of Operations.
