Culinary Coordinator

Description

As a Administrator at Conrad Dubai, you will provide secretarial and clearical support to the Culinary team.

What will I be doing?

As a Administrator for Conrad Dubai you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

•         Ensure roster is in place and communicated with the team members in a timely manner
•         Ensure all Culinary team members vacation plans are properly updated and approved in the system
•         Ensure all BEOs are shared with the concerned kitchen teams
•         Coordinate and communicate with Finance to ensure proper tips distribution for the Culinary team members
•      Coordinate with the Human Resources department for any inquiries relating to the Culinary team members, e.g. vacation approvals, missing fingerprint approval, medical appointments etc.
•   Support with scheduling meetings, interviews etc. as directed by the Director of Culinary 
•        Prepare reports and provide updates as requested by Director of Culinary
•        Follow up with concerned team members for Job chats/ online courses are completed prior to the due date
•    Support the Director of Culinary with new projects and marketing related requirements, e.g.
•    Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
