The General Manager is primarily accountable for sales growth and quality, service and cleanliness of the restaurant. The General Manager is a role model for best in class guest experience. They are also responsible for coaching the management team to achieve their best.
A Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing the general and capital maintenance for all company restaurants. Sources, negotiates, and contracts national and local vendors to support the day-to-day restaurant operations. Manages vendors and contractors to ensure that all building systems and FF&E are maintained in an effective condition for restaurant operations and that complies with all applicable codes and municipal requirements. Guide and support their maintenance technicians in maintaining the restaurants and equipment that meet the organization’s and McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This position is expected to build reports that communicate their department's expenses and savings and be able to present them regularly to the organization's leadership.
