As a member of the Culinary team, the Expeditor will help lead dinner service by conducting and directing the dishes out to the dining room. They will ensure that an elevated guest experience directly evoking a sense of place is achieved. Core responsibilities include; setting up & organizing the kitchen pass, and woodgrill, readying and necessary equipment for service. Managing dietary restrictions and any/all check modifications. Providing optimal department efficiency by working with the team while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Hourly service ranging from 1pm - 11pm. Grill Cooks will be cooking on the hotline alongside our chefs, picking up dinner, IRD, and banquet items as well as the preparation and execution of items on the AM Production list. A strong work ethic, positive mental attitude, the ability to adapt in high pressure situations, and a desire to learn new techniques is a must. Reliability & flexibility are highly considered in our application process.
Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations, and assist food servers in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

Stewards will work with our evening team, primarily taking care of the scullery and dish station, assisting with receiving, and small prep when permitted. A strong work ethic and a desire to learn new techniques is a must. Reliability and flexibility are highly considered during our application process. Experience is preferred but not necessary.
