• Banquet House Attendant (Catering/Banquet)

  Responsible for the set-up, break down, clean-up of all Banquet function rooms according to client and hotel specifications.  Achieve a high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining high level of service as per Langham Hospitality Group and Forbes standards.

• Turn Down Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Provide turndown services and cleanliness of all guest rooms/suites according to Langham policies, procedures and hotel standards.  Assist in the delivery of guest requests as needed.  Provide a professional and courteous demeanor to all guests and clients

• Housekeeping Attendant (Housekeeping)

  To provide exceptional quality housekeeping services to enhance the overall guest experience by engaging with guests whenever one is in sight.  Assure cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and guest rooms and assist guest/colleagues whenever they are in need of help. To clean and maintain all public areas which includes all rest rooms, locker rooms, corridors, offices and food and beverage outlets, front door area. It is imperative that all areas be kept in impeccable condition to achieve Langham’s and Forbes standards.

• Security Officer (Security)

  Support departmental leadership to perform protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and treats to life and property to maintain a safe and secure environment for colleagues and guest/clients

• Club Lounge Food & Beverage Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests in the Langham Club Lounge and assist the Club team with the operation of the club dining room and pantry area. The Club Lounge Food and Beverage Attendant will be fully versed on The Langham, Chicago and Forbes service standards.

• Guest Service Agent (Guest Services)

  Displays a professional demeanor to all arriving, departing and in-house guests/clients.  Registers guests in/out of the hotel while promoting hotel amenities, services and upsells.  Provide maximum levels of guest service while resolving guest concerns.  Meets Langham Chicago Forbes service standards.

• Massage Therapist (Spa)

  Primary responsibility is to deliver excellence in quality Spa services to guests/visitors/members in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.  Escorts clients to and from treatment rooms, attending to any immediate needs throughout Spa visit.  Assists in providing information to any inquiries and helps to coordinate all guest requests for services.
