The Surveillance Systems Technician I, will work on a Preventative Maintenance cycle supporting Twin River Casino’s Surveillance Systems Preventative Maintenance Program. Tasks include perform camera maintenance, cleaning and quality assurance checks to ensure the image quality and focus of all cameras are optimum; along with other various Preventative Maintenance tasks outlined under the Twin River Surveillance Systems Technical Standards (MICS).
Assists the guest, either in person, over the phone or through Bally’s Twin River Website in completing a Credit Application.

The purpose of the Poker Room Floor Manager is to exercise responsibility for the overall operation of Casino Table Games in accordance with applicable regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
Prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, salads and other products using a variety of techniques, equipment, and utensils according to chef assignments.

Supervising shift operations of the Players Club booths. This includes staffing, stocking, providing updated and accurate information to the staff, paging, Box Office operations, bus arrivals/departures, match play coupons, logging bus details, monitoring ACSC, Kiosks and Total Promo programs, monitoring/replenishing representative’s cash banks, gift cards and gifts, printing and distributing required promotional reports, executing Promotions, adding on Bonus Play over $100 for Match Play Promotions, completing point adjustments and helping with the schedule along with posting shifts and bids.
Enforces all Bally's Twin River Casino and State of Rhode Island policies and procedures to insure a safe, fair, and efficient operation. Safeguards employees and guests, secures monies and the facility, and suppresses incidents that present a potential liability and threat to the well-being of the company.
Supporting bar staff to maintain a clean and well supplied bar while interacting with guests and maintaining a safe and professional environment
