TheFront Office Manageris fully responsible for all aspects of the Front Desk, coordinates the Front Office activities of the Hotel and resolves problems arising from guest complaints, reservation and room assignment activities, and unusual requests and inquiries by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Prepares all event documentation and coordinates with group sales and/or catering sales, hotel departments, and customer to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout pre-event, event, and post event phases of hotel events. Ensures all hotel events have a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales. Establishes opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by upselling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events. Plan, organize, and manage the in-house details for all group and convention bookings (i.e., guest rooms, menus, set-up, etc.) Participate in negotiating meetings/functions, rooms, rates, and all related requirements. Ensure maximization of room and meeting space, revenues, and profits while delivering a quality product. Report and critique all activities to the Director of Convention Services or Director of Sales. Enliven the Brand Standards within the Department and the hotel. Support all Corporate and hotel initiatives as needed.

The Reservationist position is responsible for providing exceptional service while making reservations for leisure, corporate, and group travelers. The Reservationist will work closely with all departments as a cohesive team to maximize revenue and Guest satisfaction and to develop future and repeat business opportunities.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the public areas, public bathrooms, lobby and back of the house areas such as employee bathrooms, locker rooms, pool and fitness center, according to company procedures and at a level that meets or exceeds company standards.
Responsible for assisting with the set up and breakdown of the event space and serving food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner according to the hotels high standards of quality.
Greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay, as well as ensuring the guest has an exceptional stay, to meet hotels high standards of quality.
The primary duties of the night auditor are to check front office, restaurant and bar accounting records for accuracy, post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner and compile information for the financial records. Assist guests with check-in & check-out processes, provide guests with hotel services information, and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner.
Primarily responsible for the overall maintenance of the hotels building and grounds and for the operation of its equipment and mechanical/electrical systems. Key responsibilities include keeping all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel and completing maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following hotels standard operating procedures.
