The Guest Service Manager is responsible for supervising the front desk operation which includes: staff training, inter-department communications, and staff accountability. The Guest Service Manager should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities. In addition to assisting in the operation of the Front Office operation and guest services personnel, this position will respond quickly to guest requests and/or complaints in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction.

As Front Office Supervisor you will mentor our dynamic front office TEAM ensuring outstanding customer service and delivering positive guest experiences.
Set up banquet tables, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food to guest tables according to hotel specifications and group requirements, courteously and efficiently. Take beverage orders and collect payments where specified. Maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment. Read and understand Banquet Event Orders and carry out the instructions given on the Banquet Event Orders. Work well with co-workers as part of a team.
