Responsible for protecting the Isleta Resort and Casino’s assets to include, but is not limited to, employees, vendors, and patrons by way of observing and reporting, truthfully, concisely, accurately and completely, all activities throughout the Isleta Resort and Casino. Promotes and exhibits World Class Guest Service to all Isleta Resort and Casino guest while ensuring the integrity of the employees’ vendors, patrons and games offered the gaming operation.
Responsible for performing routine repairs and maintenance on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems including air distribution machinery, pneumatic and digital controls, hot and chilled water distribution, and variable volume systems, independently employs specially designed software and remote computer links to monitor systems and troubleshoot malfunctions. All while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
The objective of this position is to inspire and promote continuing education and on the job training. Responsible for performing basic repair and preventative maintenance for all HVAC equipment at company owned buildings in accordance with applicable codes and safety regulations, under close to moderate supervision. Must have previous training and work history in an HVAC discipline with a mechanical maintenance background. Equipment includes, but is not limited to air handlers, package units, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, compressors, pumps, refrigeration and freezer units. Knowledge of Tracer Summit System (TRANE) and/or other energy management systems would be helpful. Must have a willingness to learn, be trained and receive instruction based on company specific requirements. JOB PURPOSE: Provides counseling to home buyers. Conducts move in and out inspections. Conducts annual recertification of income of home buyer units. Maintains waiting list and home buyer files. Monitors POI Home Repair/Maintenance and Renovation/New Home Loan Agreements.

Employee Relations Coordinator performs professional level human resources duties in the administration of employee relations. The position is expected to independently perform a full range of duties and responsibilities in a timely manner with minimal supervision and instruction while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
Responsible for performing Level One and Level Two audits. Promotes and exhibits World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests. The Database/Social Media Coordinator works with the database manager to develop, design, execute, and analyze the database marketing programs including direct mail, e-mail, mobile apps, and SMS, along with developing and curating engaging content for Isleta Resort & Casino’s social media platforms.
