  Position Summary: The houseperson cleans and maintains all corridors and public areas and assists room attendants with supplies, linens and removal of trash.The houseperson creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a clean, stylish, comfortable environment.

• Gallery Host (Guest Services)

  Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Gallery Host delivers service excellence to our guests creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position is responsible for processing check-ins and check outs, issuing room keys, and resolving guest issues with complying with all Kolter Hospitality and Hyatt Place standards, policies and procedures.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Position Summary: Room attendant is dedicated to providing a consistent and exceptional guest experience by ensuring all guest expectations of guest room cleanliness and service standards are met and or exceeded. Maintain a clean and welcoming work environment at all times including Heart of House and guest areas while demonstrating a courteous, warm and professional attitude.
