New restaurant management position, transformational concept, and a unique opportunity to join a talented F&B team!
As we begin the transition to an urban bistro concept, talented individuals will be hired to work in conjunction with our Executive Chef. Assisting in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus, and ensuring the kitchen operates in a timely and efficient manner are key roles in this position. Managing, training and scheduling kitchen staff to produce high quality plates both in design and taste, along with the consistency of exemplary service will be the expectation.
Five (5) plus years experience as a Sous Chef is required.
