We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our CMC Sr. Management Team as the General Manager of our "Brand New" Hyatt House opening in September 2017.   We offer a competitive salary to commensurate with experience, paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays, BCBS health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance and aggressive monthly bonus package.

As the General Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's product quality, revenue initiatives, guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction and profitability.

Job Duties: 

  • Protect the hotel's financial assets by properly administering policies and procedures for handling cash, credit cards, direct billing, payroll, accounts payable and receivables.
  • Prepare monthly reporting for ownership group.
  • Maintain a high personal visibility throughout the property and the community.
  • Develops, implements, and manages the hotel's annual budget and achieve the hotel's monthly goals.  
  • Create and maintain customer-driven operations, empowering hotel staff to excel in superior customer service.  
  • Recruit, hire, train and manage employees to deliver superior guest service and a quality product that will lead to maximizing revenue and profitability goals.  

Job Qualifications:

  • Previous Hyatt Brand experience preferred.
  • Hands on management style with strategic decision making ability.
  • Proven leadership skills with the capacity to develop, train and retain a strong service oriented team of associates.
  • Minimum of 3 years hotel management experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
