About This Job

The Best Western Sheridan Center, nestled at the base of the beautiful Big Horn Mountains in NE Wyoming, is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of General Manager. This charming 139 room full service hotel/convention center was built in the 1960's but has all the modern conveniences guests expect from a hotel today. Newly renovated rooms, public areas, lounge and convention center highlight the property located in historic downtown Sheridan.

The qualified candidate will have experience with:

  • Leadership.
  • General budgeting.
  • Revenue maximization.
  • Marketing and Sales.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Team building.
  • Human resources.
  • Organization and ability to delegate tasks are essential components to this job.
  • Strong decision making skills are also a must.
