The Executive Chef contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen while delivering the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times and cleanliness of the kitchen. The Executive Chef also coordinates activities of and directs training of cooks, and other kitchen workers engaged in preparing and cooking foods to ensure an efficient and profitable food service by performing the following duties personally or through supervisors.
