Become a part of the excitement! RW Catskills is looking to expand their pre-opening Facilities team responsible for the $1.2 billion, 18-story hotel and entertainment complex being built in Monticello, New York, located just 90 miles outside of New York City.
The Mechanic III Electrician diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. This position is responsible for the connection of wires to circuit breakers, transformers or other components as well as observing and following all safety regulations with required PPE.
Four (4) years of progressively responsible journey level electrical experience; or, Completion of a four-year federally approved technical training program in electrical repair and maintenance and two (2) years electrical experience; OR, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
· 3-phase, 480V, and industrial troubleshooting experience to assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand, power, and precision measuring tools.
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the New York State Gaming Commission
