The primary responsibility of this position is positively assisting employees with their Payroll needs in an effective, service oriented and efficient manner. Under the general supervision of the HR Director, the Payroll Coordinator performs a variety of professional payroll work with an emphasis in technical tasks related to payroll and preparation of payroll financial reports, statements, and special financial analysis in Kronos system. Schedules will vary depending on business needs and may entail working nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of departmental operating hours. All departments are open during major holiday periods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Previous Lawson Payroll Software & Kronos Timekeeping System experience preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience with payroll and 2 years of experience with Microsoft Suite required.
