Compensation: $2.60 per Hour + Tips

Responsibilities for this Position
- 1.Interact with guests to take drink and food orders.
- 2.Communicate with kitchen for food ordering.
- 3.Ensure prompt delivery of food to the guest's table.
- 4.Have working knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and food that is served at the property. Suggest pairings of food to wine or beer.
- 5.Handle all checks and cash according to procedures.
- 6.Ensure cleanliness of restaurant including polished flatware, clean glassware and plates.
- 7.Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.
- 8.Set-up & breakdown of service area before and after shifts.
- 9.Daily stocking of all service areas.
- 10.Be completely knowledgeable about all food served in restaurant.
Requirements
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must be able to converse in basic English.
- Requires strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds.
- Excellent people skills.
- Must meet grooming standards.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Computer experience required.
- Must meet or exceed the team expectations.
- An energetic personality.
