Compensation: $9.00 per hour

Responsibilities for this Position
- 1. Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- 2. Seat all guests in a timely and courteous fashion. Clear extra settings if not needed. Present menu to each guest.
- 3. Answer telephone and take reservations using professional language.
- 4. Volunteer Resort information to guests. Must be knowledgeable about other restaurants, shops and locations on property and about current/upcoming events.
- 5. Keep work area/podium clean and organized. Menus should be wiped down at the end of each shift and replaced if wrinkled or soiled.
- 6. Communicate with kitchen and staff to ensure steady flow of dining guests.
- 7. Maintain waiting list of guests. It is the greeter's responsibility to know what tables are available, who is covering each section and how to seat guests alternately in each section.
Requirements
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must be able to converse in basic English.
- Requires strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds.
- Excellent people skills.
- Must meet grooming standards.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Computer experience required.
- Must meet or exceed the team expectations.
- An energetic personality.
