Responsible for all aspects of Banquet Department operations in regards to the successful planning, set-up, execution, and break down of all banquet events and functions. As well as the training and development of all Banquet staff to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs and push or pull up to 100lbs.
• Must be able to carry trays of plated food or equipment to and from service/kitchen area to guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work in various temperature environments, i.e. kitchen and outdoors.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• Must have high school education or equivalent.
• At least 3+ years experience in a Banquet Management position.
• Must be 21 years of age.
