Manage and maintain business relationships with existing accounts to achieve guest satisfaction; ensure external and internal clients are satisfied with our products and services.
Solicit new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded within assigned market segments.  Identify business opportunities, and proactively research, analyze, and telemarket prospective clients.
Prepare correspondence to customers and internal booking reports, and maintain sales files.
Participate in daily business/lead review meetings, sales strategy meetings, pre-convention meetings, training, and other meetings as assigned.
Conduct outside sales calls and site inspections.



Must have the ability to communicate in English; must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous sales experience a plus; selling skills a must.
Self-starting personality; highly motivated.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation so as to build effective business relationships and client loyalty.
Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Knowledge of a hotel structure and how all departments interact.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and positive manner, in order to solicit business, meet client needs and resolve complaints.
Ability to move throughout the hotel to conduct site inspections. 
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.  Knowledge of Delphi a plus.
