Compensation: Based on experience

  • Must have prior Hotel Bartender/Server Experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, Holidays. 
  • Ability to work as a fine dining server
  • Muts be TABC certified.
  1. Assumes responsibility for primary duties of position.
    1. Includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments and produce based on projections from daily functions sheet.
  2. Assumes responsibility for secondary duties of position.
    1. Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis.
    1. Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to insure product quality.
    2. Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promotes and documents orders for drinks.  Mixes, garnishes and presents drinks following standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
    3. Inputs orders into point of sale system and creates a check for each guest and personnel guests, including those served by other beverage servers, to maintain accountability of all beverages served.
    4. Stores and secures all beverages, food and equipment items, deposits cash drops and secures bank.
    1. Retrieve order from kitchen, confirm its accuracy, lift and deliver to guest with appropriate condiments.
    2. Must abide by Local, State, Federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
    3. Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
    4. Present the check to guest promptly
    • 1 Yr previous Bartender exp in a hotel/restaurant/resort setting.
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • Great Customer Service skills.
