Responsibilities for this Position

• Perform massage and body treatments ensuring that all spa guests receive a spa experience that exceeds their expectations.
• Perform all duties in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies.
• Perform massage and/or body treatments as scheduled
• Knowledge of all products and treatments
• Retail of all products
• Help in maintenance of back bar for all massage product
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Give clear and concise directions to various locations in the resort
• Answer guest questions using excellent customer service skills
• Must be well groomed, with nametag on at all times while working on the property.
• Must be well-mannered, display a helpful attitude at all times, greet guests when encountered, show appreciation to the guest for being at the resort, show willingness to help guests and employees at all times.
• Provide assistance in other job classifications as determined necessary by immediate superior.

Requirements

• Licensed Massage Therapist
• At least 450 hours of training including Deep Tissue.
• Prefer 3 years of experience after certification.
• Prefer 1 year Spa Experience.
• Knowledge of Aromatherapy and Reflexology
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Professional
• Prefer experience with body wraps and scrubs.
• Dependable and responsible

Technical Requirements:

• Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
• Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations.
