Bakers are responsible for: preparing, producing and baking breads, rolls and breakfast pastries according to hotel standard recipes, in order to contribute to the overall guest satisfaction. Requirements include: working knowledge of baking standards, recipes and food products; a minimum of two years experience in a similar size operation; hotel experience, First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
