Private Country Club in Reston Virginia is looking for an Assistant Catering Manager to assist the Clubs Catering Director in the daily execution of member and private events.

Compensation: $38,000 to $43,000 Commensurate on experience

Hidden Creek Country Club is looking for an Assistant Catering Manager to assist the Clubs Catering Director in the daily execution of member and private events.

In this role, you will assist the Catering Director and conduct sight visits and menu tastings in the Catering Directors absence. In addition, you will work with the Banquet staff to uphold service standards, as well as ensuring all Members and guests of the Club have a great experience.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years Event Management/Supervisory experience
  • Experience supervising and training 3 - 10 employees at a time
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clientele
  • Ability to be innovative, think on your feet and improvise when necessary
  • Detail oriented and excellent time management skills
  • Reliable transportation

Salary Expectations: $38,000 to $43,000 Commensurate on experience
