The Doubletree Tulsa Warren Place is looking for enthusiastic, positive service professionals to join our team! The supervisor works to oversee the front desk team during check-in periods and helps assist with solving problems and resolving guest concerns.
Assists the Director in the administration and management of all Front Office Operations to insure profitability, control costs and quality standards to insure total guest satisfaction.
The valet & driver greets and assists guests, taking care of luggage, running errands and delivering items in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations. Valet guest vehicles as needed as well as drive guests to airport.
The Front Desk Agent greets guests, processes check-ins and check-outs, issues room keys, answers questions, and resolves guest requests in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations. Processes guest bills and collects payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card processing and accounting policies and procedures.
Greets and registers guests, providing prompt and courteous service. Checks guests out of the hotel. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel . Upgrades guests, as required. Promotes hotel services, amenities and upsells products to the guests.
