He/she will implement and execute the policies and HR actions. The HR Director will be in charge of the Talent management and the Change management for the brand, will coordinate new hotel openings, will define the “Service delivery Model” for the Premium Portfolio Hotels and will manage and coordinate other projects of HR specific to the brand.

	Reporting to the HR Director Premium Portfolio, the Talent Manager will adapt the Human Resources policies for the brand in conjunction with the HR Director. He/she will coordinate with the Brand HR Area Managers the efficient and effective implementation of policies and training programs in each hotel of the brand. He/she will adapt and guarantee the correct application of the Talent Management policies within the Premium Portfolio Brand. The Talent Manager will support the HR Director in the Pre-Openings, openings of new hotels, take over of hotels and other responsibilities with HR Management.
