• Busser (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Busser / Bus Attendant is responsible for setting up tables, clearing tables, and assisting the server with trays and refilling of customer drinks. 

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  To set up banquet table linens, place settings and center pieces; serve all food and beverages and clear away all dishes and table linens in a professional manner and in compliance with company policies, and legal considerations.

• Restaurant Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Prepares & serves beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, achieving a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A Cook is responsible for preparing all food items based on standardized recipes for the Restaurant/Dining Outlet Cafe Room Service Employee Cafeteria and Banquets while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

• Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Works closely with the Executive Chef to plan and direct food preparation in kitchens. 

• Event Planner / Banquet Sales (Sales & Marketing)

  Responsible for planning and executing all aspects of assigned group events from contract through onsite event. Works independently with all resort departments to execute all aspects of contracted groups. Engages group experience with best available, revenue driven culinary and programming. 

• Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Works closely with the Executive Chef to plan and direct food preparation in kitchens.
