The Chef de Partie prepares dishes in conjunction with the Sous chef and Executive Chef and is responsible for ensuring that standards are maintained for his/her section. It is a vital part of the position to keep food quality for both guests and staff to the best standard potentially possible. It is also vital to keep the staff moral high and so have a good working atmosphere, productivity and confidence level will rise with a highly motivated team. He/she is responsible for his/her professional appearance and will be expected display themselves to 1 Hotels grooming standards and wearing a full, clean uniform at the start of each shift.
Responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure the Housekeeping department drives guest and team member engagement, achieves operational and financial excellence and upholds brand standards. The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for oversight of the Housekeeping Department and ensuring that property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained.
Work effectively as part of the Front of House service team to provide efficient and courteous Front Desk service. Primarily responsible for, but not limited to, fulfilling guest service needs and completion of all tasks related to creating the ultimate guest arrival, in-house and departure experience; providing accurate and timely information and services to any guest or visitor inquiry; processing payments according to established hotel procedure; and responding to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
Greet and escort guests to tables, ensuring hotel and brand standards of service are met. Prepare for service and maintain cleanliness of room at all times. Do other duties as assigned including coat check, assisting with table service as required. Previous experience, excellent people and communication skills, Must display an upbeat, positive, and professional presence.
Candidates must be organized and goal orientated, have a solid grasp of basic cooking skills and techniques and have a passion for the culinary arts.
The Food & Beverage Manager will have the ability to provide the finest guest dining experience while leading a highly motivated and guest-service focused team.
Supports the day-to-day execution of general ledger impacted processes, including support to clients as they work with and understand these processes. Performs accounting functions specifically in the areas of account balancing, ledger reconciliation, reporting and discrepancy resolution, general cashier and accounts payable.
