Greet, register and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards.Implement appropriate booking strategies to ensure that all parties are appropriately accommodated, and work with housekeeping and the reservations department regarding the distribution and status of guest rooms.
Verify, obtain approvals and pay invoices; bill and collect outstanding revenue in a timely, accurate manner in accordance with accounting policies and procedures.
Supervise the daily operations of food and beverage outlets and services including food quality, customer satisfaction, associate schedules and their performance in accordance with established restaurant and guest service standards.
