The Director of Capital Procurement is responsible for Aimbridge’s Capital Expenditure Program and FF&E and OS&E projects including: strategic procurement budgeting financial reporting information systems project management electronic procurement applications and support staff including supervising the Manager of FF&E Project Purchasing and an OS&E Project Manager. The position must have experience in managing multiple projects and a detailed knowledge of renovation work from the planning through to completion. Reports to the SVP Purchasing. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.
The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of an enterprise-level HR Management System and Payroll software implementation project for the organization. This is a temporary contractor role, with an anticipated time line of 8 months. The Project Manager will work closely with executive sponsors in the selection, negotiation, and management of external consultants and vendors. He or she will coordinate communication and project-related work activities across multiple functions to ensure anticipated outcomes and that projects are executed on time, on budget and to desired quality standards. He or she will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution and delivery. The Project Manager will track progress against key milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and will prepare periodic reports and updates for senior management.
The IT Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading strategic procurement initiatives and developing strategies to optimize Aimbridge-Interstate’s global spend as well as potentially managing key supplier relationships for Information Technology needs. Responsible for conducting spend analysis analyzing supply markets identifying procurement value levers executing competitive RFI’s/RFPs and leading supplier negotiations. Leverages eProcurement technology platforms where appropriate. Develops and executes implementation plans to ensure procurement benefits are fully realized. Builds and maintains strong stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. Supports savings tracking processes and participates in special infrastructure-building projects as needed.
