The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on all hotel equipment including kitchen, plumbing, pool, HVAC, boiler, work areas and guest rooms. The Engineer will use communication and guest service skills to interact with guests and respond to all room calls as necessary. To keep everything in order, the Engineer will maintain proper records of the Rooms Preventive Maintenance Program and Request Program. To succeed in this position, you should be able to stand for periods of 8-10 hours, be able to bend, squat and stretch in areas of limited space and be able to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English. While not required, HVAC, electrical and plumbing experience is preferred.
As the local, on property sales contact for customers, the Senior Sales Manager, is responsible for proactively soliciting and primarily handles complex accounts or markets and complex events with greater revenue potential in a particular market segment, for two hotels. Actively upsells each business opportunity to maximize revenue. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals for two hotels. Supports and acts on behalf of the Director of Sales in his/her absence.
