The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel and be the direct support for the culinary team. The Assistant Food & Bverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.

The Hotel Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and will assist in overseeing the general operation of hotel functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, a focus on guest engagement & satisfaction, staff development, scheduling, and providing necessary support to the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments.
The Housekeeping Office Coordinator assists with all office duties of the housekeeping department such as assigning cleaning tasks, scheduling, payroll, ordering, taking inventory, and inspections. This position has a high level of staff/guest phone contact. This person must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft word and Excel and have the ability to type 25 wpm. HotSos and OPERA experience a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

General maintenance repairs to hotel and trouble calls. Public area and guest room preventative maintenance. Basic troubleshooting skills required (electricity, plumbing, etc.)
