The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for recruiting and interviewing candidates for the Arizona Grand Resort’s open positions. The Human Resources Generalist is also responsible for creating, coordinating and implementing appropriate learning programs to promote a well-educated and professionally developed staff. This individual coordinates the resort’s quality initiatives and follows through with results, to meet and exceed external and internal guest expectations.
Under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent, perform ground maintenance duties including maintaining greens, tees, fairways, vegetation and landscaped areas.
The Outside Service associate is responsible for ensuring that our golf guests have a memorable golf experience by providing a cheerful assistance with the guest's equipment.
The Guest Service Agent, GSA, is responsible for being an ambassador of the resort by providing friendly, efficient, and hospitable guest check-in and check-out service at the front desk. The Guest Service Agent also provides guests with information about resort, local, and statewide activities and attractions and seeks opportunities to create a memorable and quality experience for both guests and patrons alike.
The Houseperson is responsible for assuring cleanliness of guest walkways, foyers, stairwells and public vending areas, as well as assisting Suite Attendants in order to maintain Resort standards of quality.
The Landscape Gardener is responsible for maintaining landscaped resort areas to provide a pleasant environment for guests and has extensive previous gardening experience.
The Oasis Lifeguard, under supervision, will assist in the safe implementation of water park programs including, slides, wave pool, hot tub, busy river rides and pools. The Oasis Lifeguard will ensure guest safety at all times and complete all other assigned duties.
The Lobby Porter is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public/lobby areas including restrooms and elevators.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing strategies, action plans and special projects within the Classic Hotels & Resorts Marketing department to increase revenues at Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, The Scott Resort & Spa, The Inn at Laguna Beach, Laguna Beach House, La Playa Carmel, Hotel Carmel and other Classic Hotels & Resorts entities. Oversee the execution of these plans with the assistance of the V.P. of Sales and Marketing, Director of Marketing Communications, Directors of Sales & Marketing and/or General Managers.
The Oasis Cashier is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining inventory and processing sales.
The Line Cook is responsible for maintaining, setting up, food production and overall quality of all food items cooked in the Oasis.
The Oasis Host is responsible for ensuring that all visitors of the Oasis Waterpark are greeted and checked in to the waterpark in a friendly and courteous manner, maintaining and controlling inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
The Public Space Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the public space areas, including restrooms, within the water park.
The Oasis Server is responsible for the service of food and/or beverages, to include taking the order and delivering the ordered items to the guest in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
The Oasis Server Assistant is responsible for assisting in the service of limited food and/or non-alcoholic beverages; performed in a fun, friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a high level of guest satisfaction.
The General Maintenance position is responsible for responding to guest needs and department requests to maintain the entire facility by performing various tasks primarily related to, but not limited to, the painting trade. This involves performing a variety of tasks and trades. A commercial/residential painter/decorator’s activities include the preparation of surfaces; application of coating to surface, faux finishes and wall coverings (brush, roll and spraying applications). It also involves the application of varnishes, lacquers, sealers, stains, water & solvent borne paints; glazes and alkyds paint throughout the resort.
The Pool Technician is responsible for maintaining all pools, spas and fountains, keeping them in good repair. The goal is an attractive and well maintained water experience.
The Reservation Sales Agent must handle a high volume of phone calls, manually track reports, detailing downloaded reservations from our central reservations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
The Suite Attendant is responsible for cleaning and stocking guest suites to meet Resort standards of cleanliness
