The upcoming expansion is scheduled for completion in late 2023. New features will include 80,000 square feet of flexible meeting and ballroom space, plus 35,000 square feet of pre-function space and a jaw-dropping 20,000-square- foot outdoor terrace, all of which will be located on the roof of the existing building.

Both the pre-function and outdoor event spaces will have spectacular, unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains and city skyline, allowing attendees to take advantage of Denver’s 300 annual days of sunshine. Technology improvements will position the CCC as a best-in-class facility, keeping pace with innovations and demand.
