• Line Cook 1 (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Line Cook I, position, is responsible for preparing food efficiently and consistently; assist in maintenance of kitchen. Is also responsible in overseeing the preparation of restaurant food to ensure timely delivery, food quality, consistency and presentation.

• Barista (Food & Beverage)

  The Ladro’ Barista is responsible for overall guest service and food and beverage orders. Responsible for courteously and efficiently serve food and beverages to Guests in our Ladro Cafe, collect payments and assist in maintenance and cleanliness of Ladro area.

• Security Officer (Security)

  The Security Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the hotel not limited to, but including associates, guests, company property and company assets. This position will also assist with valet, front office and night audit duties as business requires.
