• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  As a bartender you are responsible to provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests.

• Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Services)

  The ideal Front Office Supervisor candidate will have 1-2 years previous Front Desk Agent experience, exceptional communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for positive, upbeat individuals who can deliver total guest satisfaction

• Host (Food & Beverage)

  To greet and seat guests efficiently utilizing both the AOA service standards and Forbes Travel Guide standards for hotels and restaurants. Follow guidelines for seating that are fair and equitable. Use digital communication including telephones, computers, and mobile devices to communicate electronically in a professional manner. Handle guest challenges using empathy and hospitality. At times you will be asked to take orders and facilitate payment, requiring thorough product knowledge. Being punctual and following hotel policy and guidelines while fostering a safe environment for all is paramount. 

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

• Busser (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The busser role assists the restaurant through a variety of ways as defined in the work requirements. Your role includes following both Avenue of the Arts service standards and Forbes Travel Guide standards for hotel and restaurants. Your role also requires following a stringent set of local, state, and federal safety policies. This position involves heavy guest contact, making appearance guidelines, body language, and cleanliness a crucial aspect of this role.   

• Night Audit (Guest Services)

  The ideal Night Audit candidate will have some previous Front Desk Agent experience, exceptional communication skills, very detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for positive, upbeat individuals who can deliver total guest satisfaction, and produce very accurate work. 

• Bellman (Guest Services)

  Avenue of the Arts Hotel, Costa Mesa's only AAA Four Diamond hotel is seeking a Bell Valet/Driver for one of Orange County's most distinguished hospitality destinations.

  Bellman/Drier assists guests with their luggage, transportation, and general guest service needs

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning rooms as assigned on a daily basis. The Housekeeping Room Attendant must ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to hotels set standards. Rooms must be ready in a timely manner for guests accommodations and work must be done in a safe, accident free manner according to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Interaction with guests and co workers must be conducted in a service oriented and friendly manner. 

• Maintenance Engineer 1 (Engineering/Maintenance)

  As an Engineer 1, you'll be responsible for performing general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality and safety standards are achieved and maintained. Some categories of maintenance jobs may include but are not limited to any of the following:

• Server (Food & Beverage)

  The server is the liaison communicating all menus between service, kitchen, and bar. Employing AOA service standards, state and federal safety guidelines, health laws, public laws on sale of goods and service, and Forbes Travel Guide standards, are paramount for success in your role.
