Our serves will be the face of our culinary operation and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our carts & tables are clean to Serve Safe sanitation standards and tidy upon delivery, describe order and attend to any other need while in guest room. The server will be quick on their feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude.
The Assistant General Manager position functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operating departments, including Front Office, Bell/Valet, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. The AGM will be responsible for general property performance, maintaining high standards of service and quality in all areas of the Hotel, guest service scores, employee satisfaction scores, managing profitability, managing revenue generation, and delivering a return on investment to the ownership. As a Host, you create the first impression with each guest and set the stage for their experience in the restaurant. From communicating accurate wait times to showing them to their tables, hosts are a critical part of the overall guest experience. You are responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering phones, and managing reservations.
As an engineer your responsibilities are to maintain the entire hotel facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs. As Lead Engineer, you'll be responsible for performing general and detailed maintenance work with very little supervision to ensure hotel maintenance quality and safety standard are achieved and maintained. As Lead Engineer, you will be expected to demonstrate leadership skills, great communication skills, and demonstrate a positive attitude with your co-workers and with guests. You will take more of a leadership role with the Engineering Team in regularly inspecting specific maintenance issues around the hotel and take proactive measures to correct these issues before being asked to work on them.
