The Baywatch Resort and Beach Haus Resort are independently owned and operated properties in Traverse City, Michigan. Traverse City is a beautiful beachfront town on the shores of Lake Michigan. The natural beauty of the area offers spectacular rolling hills that feature orchards, vineyards and forests that overlook bays, harbors and inland lakes for fishing, boating, and swimming Salt Free while being watched over by Bald Eagles throughout the Summer and year round. In the Fall the autumn leaves of the maple trees set the hills on fire with reds, yellow and orange flames dancing in the sunlight as the grapes are harvested into wines. In the winter the hills come alive with downhill skiing, snowmobiling and cross country skiing races and the snowy owls make their annual visits. As Winter melts away into Spring the song birds return, the cherry, apple, pear and peach orchards bloom into rolling carpets of pinks and whites and the honeybees have a new season of honey production. Traverse City was carved by glaciers and continues to transform with the seasons and the cycle of nature. It is a beautiful place to visit and an even better place to live.
