• Housekeeper (Housekeeping)

The main requirement in this position is friendliness. We are the first face and last face that our guests see, and we need to make a positive, lasting impression! In addition to being the smiling face of The Black Fox Lodge, you must be able to efficiently perform the duties of a guest service agent while in a sometimes fast paced environment and maintain a happy demeanor. Open availability is a must; however, we are more than willing to work with scheduling needs. In your role as a guest services agent here at the Black Fox Lodge you will be expected to perform sales and customer services functions related to guests, reservations, and revenue collection, in a manner that will ensure all Chartwell Hospitality guests receive a safe and secure place to stay with friendly and attentive service. • Houseperson (Housekeeping)

  Helpful by nature, with a watchful eye, you’re happiest in motion. Upon arrival, you scan the area to see what needs attending. You enjoy tidying up and making sure everything’s in its place. You pitch in to help housekeeping with heavy lifting and attend to guest needs. And you love saving the day when you find that missing treasure, whether expensive valuable or precious sentiment.
