Buffalo Lodging Associates was founded in 1996 in Buffalo, NY, where its first hotel, a Homewood Suites by Hilton, was built. We are now headquartered in Canton, MA, with regional offices in Buffalo, NY, and Orlando, FL. Buffalo Lodging has grown to include over 40 hotels, of which 35 are new construction. The company has experienced phenomenal growth in the past few years primarily with Hilton Hotels and Marriott International franchises.

For more than 15 years, our hardworking team has been delivering projects on time and on budget. We own and operate properties in the Northeast, the Southeast, the Midwest and Canada. Buffalo Lodging Associates currently has a number of new hotels in development throughout the country, including TownePlace Suites, Homewood Suites, Courtyard by Marriott, and Hilton Garden Inns.
