• Assistant F&B Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist Restaurant and Outlet Leaders with two points of emphasis (1) train and coach peers, lead the team towards meeting and exceeding restaurant/outlet standards in the areas of guest service, sales goals, product knowledge and front of the house operations, and (2) assume a supervisory/Manager on Duty role by performing associated tasks when asked by management to do so.

• Banquet Cook (Catering/Banquet)

  Provide a HEARTfelt experience for our group and social guests by joining our banquet team and with professionalism, respect, and service savvy. Our banquet culinary and service team are amazing and The Scott is a wonderful place to work BEyond Expectations!

  The Banquet Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking all of the cold and hot food items while maintaining quality standards set by the Resort.

• Barista / Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Great morning/daytime part-time position for experienced (or really wants to learn!) barista; will also handle other bar/beverage requests for the lobby bar and restaurant in one of the most beautiful resort Lobby Bars in the Valley! Weekend availability is a must!

  The Barista/Bartender is responsible for creating coffee specialty drinks and other bar/beverages, as well as selling food items in the lobby bar, to guests in a friendly and courteous manner resulting in a HEARTfelt experience…BEyond Expectations.  MUST be available weekends for AM shifts and 2 morning shifts/week. 

• Busser / Server Assistant (Food & Beverage)

  The Busser/Server Assistant is responsible for assisting in the service/delivery of food and/or beverages; performed in a fun, friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Dishwasher / Steward (AM) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping all cleanable items clean and maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas including ballroom kitchen, hospitality kitchen, loading dock and stewarding areas.

• Dishwasher / Steward (PM) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Great entry level kitchen/culinary position to support The Canal Club team at The Scott!

  The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping all cleanable items clean and maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas including ballroom kitchen, hospitality kitchen, loading dock and stewarding areas. Ideally we are seeking someone who is available for AM (8am to 4pm) as well as PM (3pm to 11pm) shifts; weekends included!

• Food & Beverage Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

  The Canal Club is the coolest lobby bar, restaurant and pool oasis on the Scottsdale resort scene...be a part of culinary and beverage history in the making in our gorgeous, community oriented, Havana themed property! This is an excellent, entry level management opportunity!

• Food Server (AM) - Canal Club (Food & Beverage)

  The Canal Club is the best restaurant on the Scottsdale resort scene...be a part of culinary and beverage history in the making in our gorgeous, community oriented, Havana-themed property!

  The Savvy Canal Club Server is responsible for the service of our outstanding food and/or beverages to include engaging and connecting with guests, taking their order and delivering the ordered items to the guest in a friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, timely and HEARTfelt manner.

• Hostperson (Food & Beverage)

  The Canal Club is the coolest lobby bar and restaurant on the Scottsdale resort scene...be a part of culinary and beverage history in the making in our gorgeous, community oriented, Havana themed property!

  The Hostperson  is responsible for meeting. greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive, offering their choice of seating, escorting them to their table, and presenting menus; HIGHLY prefer availability for AM and PM shifts - weekends are also preferred!

• In Room Dining Server (Food & Beverage)

  The Line Cook is responsible for preparation, set-up, and maintenance of all meat, fish, poultry, and other food items prepared in the broiler and sauté station for The Canal Club restaurant.

• Lobby Bar Barback (Food & Beverage)

  The Canal Club is the hottest new lobby bar and restaurant on the Scottsdale resort scene...be a part of culinary and beverage history in the making in our gorgeous, community oriented, Havana themed property!

  The Barback is responsible for the initial preparation of the bars operating in the restaurant. 

• Pool Runner (Food & Beverage)

  Great guest focused, support position working in the gorgeous backyard of The Scott Resort & Spa; we take the Canal Club experience out to our Pools BEyond Expectations!
