Banquet Server position serves food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner.
The Busser/Runner provides a welcoming environment for our guests by ensuring the dining room is clean, free from trash and debris, and tables are set up properly. This person works within a team to clear and reset tables quickly between seating’s and to deliver food to tables. Deliver food from the kitchen to the relevant venue. Assist bartenders and servers with ensuring food quality for our guests and in retrieving any additional guest requests from the kitchen.
Cooks are responsible for the preparation and execution of all meal items as assigned by the Kitchen Managers/Supervisors. Organize all supplies and ingredients necessary for preparation in a timely and efficient manner. Set up stations with predetermined mise en place required to service all outlets. Maintains clear communication in coordinating assignments to co-workers and supervisors. Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure total customer satisfaction. Clear understanding of Kitchen functions and knife safety skills a must. Requires regular supervision. JOB OVERVIEW: House Attendants are to assist the Housekeeping department in the cleaning and general maintenance of the property in accordance with company housekeeping standards. As a House Attendant you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties: delivering/carrying down and sorting linen, special cleaning projects, vacuuming, delivering amenities and laundry, discarding trash from guest rooms/floors, room readiness, moving furniture, cleaning glass ware, and other requests that may be asked of the housekeeping department. Support the Room Attendants and maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel. Sweep and wash floors, vacuum carpet, wash walls, dust furniture and fixtures. Remove trash from offices and work areas to loading dock dumpster and remove trash and linen from cleaning carts. Deliver miscellaneous items and supplies to guest rooms and deliver linen and supplies to guest floors. Move furniture, supplies and equipment. Candidate must be flexible to work mornings and evening shifts during the weekdays and weekends.
