• Night Audit Supervisor (Guest Services)

  If you are a night owl with strong accounting skills, reliable and detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality leadership, we want you on our team.

  The Night Audit Supervisor leads the overnight front desk operations.  They are responsible for reconciling all daily hotel transactions, ensuring financial accuracy, and closing out the day’s transactions.  Manage guest services during overnight hours which include but are not limited to guest check-in/check-out, making reservations, answering guest inquiries, ensuring  guest satisfaction is met, delivering the best guest experience. Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to ensure safety, security, and smooth operation of the property. 

• Housekeeping Inspector (Housekeeping)

  The Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and back of the house to ensure cleanliness, presentation, performance and compliance standards are being met to achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, also providing general support to the Housekeeping department.  The ideal individual for this position demonstrates a commitment to maintaining high quality standards and is detail oriented.

• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  The Night Auditor is responsible for Auditing, reconciling and completing daily departmental paperwork.  Responsibilities include but not limited to posting balances to all guests’ accounts and closing out the day’s transactions, running accounts receivable reports, providing next day reports to the Accounting Office.  Register guest information and settle guest accounts while providing efficient service and creating memorable experiences for guests.  Greet all guests in a pleasant, welcoming and enthusiastic attitude while ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
