  The Banquet Server will set up the room for the banquet event and provide food and beverage service to the guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. The Server will also bus tables, clear, and break down the banquet room at the end of each function.

• Housekeeping Manager (Housekeeping)

  The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing all operations of the housekeeping department.  These responsibilities include supervising the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public space, and to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction.  It also includes recruiting, training, evaluating, disciplining, motivating and scheduling staff.

• Banquet Bartender (Catering/Banquet)

  Greet guests in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner, while always providing excellent customer service. Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.  Responsible for set-up and breakdown of special event bars.  Abide by all state, federal and company regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.

• Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Prepare food for the restaurant and banquets of a consistent quality and in accordance with production requirements and quality standards, while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

  The Night Auditor is responsible for Auditing, reconciling and completing daily departmental paperwork.  Responsibilities include but not limited to posting balances to all guests’ accounts and closing out the day’s transactions, running accounts receivable reports, providing next day reports to the Accounting Office.  Register guest information and settle guest accounts while providing efficient service and creating memorable experiences for guests.  Greet all guests in a pleasant, welcoming and enthusiastic attitude while ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
