The Landscape/Horticulture Manager is responsible for the overall landscape and exterior maintenance of Cliff House’ vast acreage of gardens, walkways, lawns, exterior pools, ocean trails, and wooded trails. The exterior grounds of Cliff House reflect the strong brand and reputation since the resort was renovated in 2016 in multiple stages. The exterior grounds represent the final stages of the re-imagination with rich flora, native trees, grass, and plants. The position involves an active manager who is deeply involved with the landscape in a hands-on role with minimal seasonal staff. In addition, manage the contractor for weekly lawn mowing, monitor seasonal water flow, and the sprinkler systems.Due to the seasonality of the position, the manager must have strong project management skills for specialized seasonal projects and installations. A dump truck serves as the vehicle for on-property maintenance and landscape service along with specialized tools and machinery. The manager must have general knowledge of local plant, tree, flora, and grass species native to the region; irrigation installation/replacement experience and be able to improve existing system(s). He/she must be able to maintain/grow a seasonable fruit/vegetable garden. The Landscape/Horticulture Manager must have excellent communication skills.

The shuttle driver will ensure the safety and security of all passengers and the vehicle itself.Currently, the shuttle driver will cover two day shifts and two evening shifts.
