Reporting to the hotel’s General Manager and a member of the hotel’s executive committee, the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) has overall responsibility for the development and execution of the hotel’s group, transient, catering and marketing strategy for all revenue generating areas of the hotel.

The Front Desk Manager sets the tone for Sonesta’s Culture of Caring. We expect leaders to focus on creating amazing moments for guests and team members and dig deep to find ways to create success for their team. Sonesta managers are guest-focused (both internal and external), achievement-oriented.
Assist in managing all aspects of front office areas, which may include but not limited to guest registration, bell services, concierge services, business center, telephone services, and guest reservations to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize hotel profitability. Adhere to all brand standards and desk merchandising. Serve as Front Office Manager in his/her absence.

The Group Sales Manager is responsible for representing the company to customers, the public and other external sources. This person will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in their assigned market. Listen to customer needs, analyze this information and create tailored proposals. Negotiate and close sales while meeting/exceeding sales targets. Earn business through tailored proposals, quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner. Work with management throughout the hotel and the Company.
